Purple eyeshadow

Today here in california, it has been raining all day, I wanted to make a look that was a little mellow, but still with some color.  That's how this look came about.  I used The Urban Decay Book of shadows IV, I bought this book of shadows over a year ago, and  don't reach for it that often, but today decided to pull it out of my collection, and am glad I did.

Holiday look

During the holidays i like festive colors. 

I made this look using covergil's drama eyes quad. I've  had this quad for awhile but i had not used it before,  the cranberry color was the main reason i bought.  I wasn't too impressed with the pigmentation but the colors are really pretty and the quad is very affordable. the lipstick is from wet n wild, i like the berry color, it screams winter in my opinon.
